Guilt-free Chocolate Mousse

It’s hard to believe that the words “guilt-free” and “chocolate” can belong in a sentence together. We’ve been conditioned to believe that anything containing chocolate is bad for us, which is definitely not the case. Whilst you should avoid the stock-standard chocolate brands who drop the cocoa percentage and boost the sugar content to get you hooked, there is no reason to avoid raw cacao powder, or chocolate with a high cocoa percentage (generally over 85%). If you are a Sugarfree Box subscriber, you will know that Nude Foodies (formerly Get Lean Eat Clean) have been supplying their delicious recipes each month. They’ve just released a bunch of new clean eating programs, which we highly recommend you check out. When we found this guilt-free chocolate mousse recipe of theirs, we had to share it with you!
