It’s hard to believe that the words “guilt-free” and “chocolate” can belong in a sentence together. We’ve been conditioned to believe that anything containing chocolate is bad for us, which is definitely not the case. Whilst you should avoid the stock-standard chocolate brands who drop the cocoa percentage and boost the sugar content to get you hooked, there is no reason to avoid raw cacao powder, or chocolate with a high cocoa percentage (generally over 85%). Guilt-free Chocolate Mousse
- Mix all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor until smooth.
- Place in a jar or bowl and top with cacao nibs, chocolate or fruit if desired.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
