How can I get a Sugarfree Box and how much does it cost?

We have 4 different boxes each year – one for each season. Each season’s Sugarfree Box is delivered from the start of the season and costs $110 for a one-off box, or $99 for a cancel-anytime subscription, billed every 3 months.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide and flat-rate shipping to NZ.

How do you choose the products for The Sugarfree Box?

We triple check to make sure that the products in our boxes are all natural and have no refined sugar. We’re firmly against nasty processed food with artificial sweeteners though!

We select only the best quality products for our boxes. Try one and you will agree!

Are all the products in the box 100% sugar-free?

We believe in keeping food as natural as possible and that life should be about balance, and therefore many of the products will contain unrefined, natural sugars.

You can rest assured there will be zero refined sugar in any products though! We also ensure that no products in our boxes contain agave nectar.

Is The Sugarfree Box vegan?

We have a vegan option for each box, so please make sure that you have selected this option on the product page before you add it to your cart.

Do you cater for food intolerances and allergies?

Due to the nature of The Sugarfree Box, we are unable to tailor each box to your specific requirements.

The Sugarfree Box makes no representations or warranties that the products in the Box will adhere to your specific dietary needs, allergies and/or lifestyle. We are not liable for, and will not provide refunds for, any products you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason.

When will I be billed on a seasonal subscription plan?

You will be billed for your first box on the day you sign up. Following that, you will be billed on the 20th of the month before that season’s box ships.

So, for example, if you signed up on 5 December, you will be billed again on 20 February.

The re-billing dates are:

  • 20 February (Autumn Box)
  • 20 May (Winter Box)
  • 20 August (Spring Box)
  • 20 November (Summer Box)

Each season’s box will ship from the 1st day of that season:

  • 1 March (Autumn Box)
  • 1 June (Winter Box)
  • 1 September (Spring Box)
  • 1 December (Summer Box)
How long will it take for my box to ship?

If you order before the season’s box has been released, your order will ship on the 1st day of that season (i.e. 1 March, 1 June, 1 September or 1 July).

If you order after the box has been released, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.

We use a combination of couriers and Australia Post, depending on where you are located. Generally, once your box has left our HQ, delivery times are as follows:

1 – 4 days: Adelaide, Albury, Bendigo, Brisbane, Bundaberg, Cairns, Canberra, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Geelong, Gladstone, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Mackay, Maryborough, Melbourne, Newcastle, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Toowoomba, Townsville, Wide Bay, Woollongong.

7 days: Perth

More than 7 days: PO Box addresses (as we are required to use Australia Post), New Zealand and regional areas, including NT and some parts of WA.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We now ship to New Zealand! Unfortunately, due to the expensive cost of shipping, we have to charge a $20 flat-rate shipping fee for all NZ orders.

How can I update my address or cancel my subscription?

Log into your account or send us an email at [email protected] and we can update it for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

On a seasonal subscription, you will need to cancel at least 3 days before your subscription re-bill date.

On an annual subscription, you will also need to cancel at least 3 days before your subscription re-bill. However, you will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription.

What is your returns policy?

The Sugarfree Box may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund of that monthly membership fee, or a replacement of the products, within 14 days of the date of delivery where any Products are damaged or defective upon delivery.

In the case where replacement Products are not available or are sold out we will offer a full refund.

If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email [email protected] to obtain prior approval. Please do not send the Products back to the manufacturer. Please provide the order number and reason for the return. The Sugarfree Box shall bear the reasonable costs of domestic return shipping.
